Nabil Al Khaja has been associated with wasl Asset Management for more than six years on various projects. Under his tenure, in 2015, the commercial properties rental portfolio contributed $353m (AED1.3bn) to the revenue for wasl, while the industrial land rental portfolio contributed $326m (AED1.2bn).
The hospitality portfolio contributed $462m (AED1.7bn) to the revenue in 2015. The developer has a projected revenue of $1.3bn (AED4.9bn) for 2016. wasl enjoys relationships with more than 100 architecture outfits and consultants, including KEO International, Naga Architects, WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, Atkins, Halcrow International, and Brewer Smith Brewer Gulf.
