UAE-based Azizi Developments has awarded a construction contract for three residential buildings in Dubai Healthcare City.
The developer said in a statement that Belhasa Projects has been appointed to build around 1,900 apartments in the city.
The three fully-serviced residences are part of the latest project by Azizi Developments in Dubai Healthcare City following Azizi Aliyah, which was its first venture in the area.
The buildings are named after the sons of Mirwais Azizi, founder and owner of Azizi Group, it said.
The residences will encompass studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments.
Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “I am honoured that my father chose to have these buildings named after my brothers and I. It is a sign of how important he considers this project.”
He added: “These residences encompass our line of high-quality, efficiently-designed apartments that cater towards the health-conscious lifestyle of professionals and nuclear families. As ongoing supporters of Dubai Sports Council, building communities that priortise healthy-living is a core belief of our company.”
